    Earlier eggs hatch later eggs: capacity for eggs of tunnel incubator is relatively larger,adopting method of multi-stage hatching (hatch a batch of breeder eggs in every 3 days or every **4 days),make full use of relatively large self-heat generated by embryo in later period,supplying the heat to breeding eggs in earlier period for absorbing; the unique gradient temperature field realized technique of "Earlier eggs hatch later eggs",which reduces energy consumption for heating to great extent.
    Intelligent temperature adjusting: intelligent temperature adjusting means that machines sense change of temperature field inside its box,then simulate humans experience,adjust temperature parameter properly. If temperature is higher,it will automatically lower temperature setting value of main control point; if temperature is lower,it will automatically lift temperature setting value of main control point; thus keep temperature field inside machine relatively stable. In tunnel incubators,in addition to a main control temperature probe at exit end,there are another two intelligent temperature adjusting probes mounted at entry end,realizing intelligent temperature adjusting.

5. Configuration
1). Main control system
    1. Core components all adopt qualified import ones. Core of control apply American military class special-purpose chips produced by ATMEL Company,core circuit of temperature measuring—operational amplifier is from American NSC,temperature probes are from high precision series of American AD Company,humidity probes are from France HUMIREL Company,AC contactors are from qualified products of France Schneider.
    2.Apply dual-display solution of LCD + high brightness digital-tube; large screen LCD adopts Japanese mainstream industry class high quality series.
    3. Control system equips with ports of "computer group control"
    4. Equipped with two sets of control system: for ensuring safety and continuity of consumers hatching,tunnel incubators have designed independent emergency control system which comprises of independent power supply source,control circuit and thermostat,etc. When auto control system fails,emergency system is activated to ensure hatching; and when auto control system work in normal,emergency function serves as supervision,avoiding system out of control.
 
2). Panel material
    There are 3 kinds of panel materials for producing tunnel incubator panel: *5mm thickness of Color painted steel plate plus polystyrene sandwich panel; FRP plus polystyrene sandwich panel and *4mm thickness of Owens panel. The whole box is assembled by "plastic spray aluminum connecting modules" and panels,elegant and durable.



3). Fans system
    Tunnel Incubators equip with 6 sets of fan mechanism,each is consisted of fans motor,fans blades,fans cover and fans detective components. Fans blades will pass strict dynamic balance test before being installed on fans motor and each set of fan mechanism is packaged and delivered separately; thus,when it runs,fans system can reduce burden and noise effectively,lifting service life of fans motor to great extent.
    Fans detective components include motor power detective part and fans blades detective part,controlled by phase-failure protection board and Hall switch respectively. Phase-failure protection board is a control circuit which can detect and protect phase,phase order and phase-lacking of *-phase power supply; Hall switch is a control component detecting if fans blades running. Two detective systems guarantee fans system operating safely and reliably.
 
4). Humidifying system
    Tunnel incubators apply water pressurized spray humidifying method,ensuring evenness of humidifying. Solenoids for humidifying adopt original Italian products,being reliable and with low failure rate. Nozzles for humidifying are imported original USA products,featured with excellent atomization effectiveness and reliability.



5). Egg-turning system
    ο *2 sets of egg trolleys for each incubator.
    ο Cylinders,fast change plugs and solenoids for egg-turning are all imported products,safe and durable.
    ο New model egg-trolley structure of plug-type enhancing from 3 directions effectively avoid temperature field change caused by transform of egg trolleys within its usage; the top of egg trolleys adopt stainless steel plate,avoiding erosion caused by humidifying spraying; modified wheel of egg trolley make its pushing easy and flexible,reducing labor intensiveness of workers.
    ο Egg trolley curtain made of Polycarbonate material is light,anti-aging and non transform. Specially designed temp detecting window facilitates workers detecting temperature insides eggs zone.
 
6). Sealing system
    ο Three-isopropyl glue is applied around egg trolleys at entry of tunnel incubator,small door of aisle,which is featured with strong anti-aging effectiveness and sealing effectiveness.
    ο The small door located at middle of tunnel incubator is made of aluminum profiles,with high rigidity,non transformable and good tightness.
    ο The area of under door of tunnel incubator does not need air tight blind,can be sealed only by closing the door after putting eggs in.
