Reinforcement: polyester, HDPE, LDPE materials Available size: width:1m*2m thickness:2.0mm*4.0mm Application range(specially for underground construction): Waterproofing for underground construction such as tunnels, subways, basements, roofs and pools etc. No matter being pre-applied or post applied in different parts of constructions, the membranes can adhere to the substrates strongly and permanently to prevent water ingress and running anywhere. Installation:(Wet-application) 1. Clean substrate ensuring it is reasonably smooth and free from sharp protrusions, hollows, dust and dirt. Spray some water to wet substrate, but should remove the pool-collected water 2. Plaster cement grout within the scope where membrane will be installed.(Plaster cement mortar in a largearea at one time is not recommended, its better to plaster cement mortar while the membrane is being installed). The thickness of cement mortar shall be determined according to the smoothness of substrates, which is about **5mm in general. 3. Pull off release paper and adhere membranes onto the fresh cement mortar. 4. Join side laps (overlap) by adhering membranes with each other (minimum width of overlap area is *0mm) NOTE: When membranes installation are completed, do not move or walk on them, the strongest and overall adhesion can be realized after about *8 hours (When the cement mortar become cured, the exact curing time depends on climate) 5. Press membranes tightly to make sure the trapped air is excluded
