Application



TYA series vacuum oil purification machine is used for various kinds of oil such as hydraulic oil, gear oil, engine oil, compression oil, freezer oil, heat treatment oil, compressor oil, refrigeration oil, other industrial oils etc and also for cooking oil, coconut oil, soybean oil etc. So it has wide application scope.



It can remove water, gas, mechanical impurities and other hazardous substances from oil, and improve oil quality, rescover its property. The output oil is clean as new after treated.



Structure and feature



1.Degassing, dehydration and filtration of oil with variable oil flow rate in one or several passes

2.Adopt back flushing system which can clear impurities automatically.

3.Double primary filter structure, large capacity for holding particles, multi-stage filtration system to ensure high filtration precision

4. We uses stainless steel filter element which is anti-corrosive with high precision of eliminating impurity and long service life. Also, it has a large volume for holding impurities.

6. Adopts 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.

7. Adopts interlocked protective system.
