Function：
CP***0 Series Two-shaft tyre crusher/ shredder’s main function is
to process waste tyres into rubber chips (usually between **7
cm).
Instead of using
whole tyre crushing method, in which whole tyres are directly put
into tyre crushers, we usually use disassembling + crushing method.
Usually we use various equipments to first remove the bead rings,
the strongest part in a tyre, then cut the tyre body into several
sections before putting the tyre into crusher.
CP***0 currently has
3 models with different motor power and productivity, the smallest
CP***0A is usually used in Economy Series Tyre recycle line, where
as the larger CP***0 B/C with much larger productivity are usually
used in Professional Series Tyre Recycle Line
Why
disassemble the tyres before crushing/ shredding
them?
Traditionally in waste tyre
recycling, whole tyres are conveyed into crushers/ shredders
directly. This method has three significant disadvantages for users
in developing countries.
1. To
handle to whole tyres, the machines that crush/ shred them have to
be designed very large & powerful, thereby also very
expensive.
2. To
crush the whole tyres directly, the machines mush be very powerful,
which increase the power consumption, usually a **0 KW crusher can
hardly process 2 tons of waste tyre per hour.
3. Crushing
the whole tyres with the strong steel beads makes the blades
of tyre crushers wear out quickly, and the cost of maintenance
& spare parts unaffordable.
By disassembling the tyres before
crushing, the all three disadvantages above be get
over.
1. The
(crushers/ shredders) can be much smaller and thus much cheaper, as
they only need to handle material of much smaller size without
strong beads inside.
2. The
total power consumption becomes much lower (>*0%) for crushing/
shredding, a small crusher with only *5 KW motor can crush 1.5 tons
disassembled tyre.
3. The
Durability of the crushers/ shredders’ blades becomes much higher,
saves lots of money & trouble in the long run.
