Coating line features:
Model TZ******5 coating line (separated structure) is suitable
for certain coating factories. *-sides *-coating coating products
in thickness range 0.*5mm~0.6mm applies to most ACP material,
roofing and ceiling material. Model TZ******5 coating line is high
quality coating line, good performance in all kinds of paint
coating. Separated structure is flexible in production,
pretreatment process and coating process are separated and
non-interfering, so that production is much easier to plan or
schedule. Operation faults and equipment problems effect is
less.
A primary reason to choose separated structure is its
advantage over dimension, Model TZ******5 requires only *5m×*8m×7m
workshop.
Application: For coating aluminium coil of ACP(Aluminium
Composite Panel), roofing , cladding, ceiling,roller
shutter,etc.
Advantage: Widely usage range, short line, smaller dimension
workshop needed, less operation faults and equipment problems
effect .
