Ultraviolet analyzer is commonly used in liquid chromatography detection; it is used to measure and record the ultraviolet absorption variation of the liquid flow of samples before doing quantitative and qualitative analysis of the measured samples. It is used in the fields of biochemistry, molecular biology, chemical engineering, drug examination, genetic engineering, food engineering and agriculture, etc.
This equipment is popular in the college of Medicine of National Taiwan University. After a verifying test in the college, the result shows that the micro-spectrometer can measure protein up to *0 ppm. It’s the Ultra-Violet analyzer that has the highest cost/performance value.
