At TTM buyers gemolgist examines stones and parcel list. lf both are as per manifest transaction is done immediately. l do not want to hear from brokers or so called seller mandates as you usually have nothing to offer. l have several buyers who have the financial capacity to buy a large parcels of diamonds on spot or contract.
