It is suitable to cut PCB(Printed Circuit Board), LED Aluminum plate/LED strip/LED light bar, and Fiberglass panel/sheet.  

Available PCB thickness: from 0.2mm  to 3.2 mm

Available V-cut thickness: from 0.2mm to 2.0mm

Maximun board length: ***0mm(YS***5D)

According to the length your PCB, choose a suitable PCB separator

YS***5A for cutting Max. **0mm V-cut PCB

YS***5B for cutting Max. **0mm V-cut PCB

YS***5C for cutting Max. **0mm V-cut PCB

YS***5D for cutting Max. ***0mm V-cut PCB

Features

• Coutrolled by microcomputer program, it can cut board accurately with no error.
• Adjustable blade moving speed : **0mm/s or **0mm/s. As per customers' need, certain speed can be set.
• Upper blade can be adjuable between 0 and 2mm to meet different thickness of PCB and V-cut. 
• Operation platform can be adjustable higher and lower between 0 and *0mm.
• Machine can cut boards as long as **0mm
• Available board thickness: **3.2mm  . V-groove thickness:**2mm
• Pre-set the cutting start and end point to well control the cutting length.
• The blades are sharp and indurable. And they can be sharpened between 7 and *0 times.
• Minimize the shearing stress to avoid micro-cracks of the solder joints
