Gold amalgamator is a concentrating process in which metallic gold or silver, or an alloy of the two, is mixed with mercury, either in a amalgamation drum.

Primary Structure
1)Barrel is usually made by stainless steel. Its inner and outer are all polishing. Thus no dead space & easy to rinse thoroughly. It contains 3 ports, partly for feeding, maintenance, discharging.
Its frame is welded by nice carbon steel and wrapped with sheet iron.
2) Its rotating time could be controlled, and then it will stop.

6.Operation of high recovery amalgamator:
1) Shut down the discharge valve.
2) Feed the ore into feeding port.
3)Screw the cover of feeding port, press down the START. It would work till the setting time is up.

Formulate the lubricating oil into reducer before use. And take a periodic replacement (every half a year) for it.
