I. Application
LSC-ZF***0 model Superfine Powder Vacuum Packing Machine is a closed system consists of the feeding mechanism, filtration transport unit, sealed conversion parts and other components. It consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filler
Mainly application: Feeding and filling the very light, extremely fine nano powders (such as fluffy carbon black, fumed silica, precipitated silica and alumina, and fine graphite powder) into the valve bag. Its widely used powder production plant or powder re-packing factory and others.

II. Working principle
Adopts the pressure difference between the feeding mechanism and the vacuum chamber, under an airtight and vacuum condition, it would feed extremely light or extremely fine powders into the bag from raw materials warehouse. It completely solves the extremely light and fine powders packaging problem of difficult packaging, bulky, and serious pollution problem.
This vacuum packing machines vacuum packaging equipment and high flow (low flow) of powder flow (commonly known as: fast feeding and slow feeding) are changing during the packaging process, via the signal communications computing, PLC system will automatic control the proportional valve for the corresponding continuous adjustment so as to guarantee the uniform rate of filling material into the valve bags, thus to achieve the high filling packing accuracy.

Operating system: human design, PLC program combined control, designed according to the physical properties of materials, packaging specifications and packaging speed. Continuously feedback through signal positive and negative communication. With PLC, its finishing the automatic control of the production process, the negative pressure level and the feeding speed. Ensure to compliance with the customer's different packaging requirements due to raw materials different density and different speeds, and thus to meet customers specific demands of weighing packaging solution.

III. Main Characteristics

1. The pneumatic bag-clamping device and tray are on the weighing sensors and the machine can fill to the setting weight at fast and slow speed. The high-sensitive weighing system ensures high weight accuracy.
2. Servo motor drives the tray to move up and down and its speed can be adjusted, so that there is little dust pollution when filling.
3. Servo motor and drive control the screw, which ensures stable performance and high accuracy.
4. Easy operation due to PLC control and touch screen interface display.
5. Easy clean due to Stainless Steel **4 surface and open hopper.
6. There is a hand wheel on the filling head to adjust its height, in this way, this machine can pack different sizes of bags.
7. Fixed installation of screw wont change the material feature when filling.
8. Duet to inverse rotary stirring mechanism, the material in the silo is always in an active state to make accumulation of material symmetry, uniform feeding, and then to ensure the feeding precision. It can also reduce powder sticky on hopper and bridge greatly.
