ZC series vacuum degasser is developed by our company based on the demand of our customers for specialized treatment of gas invaded drilling fluid, which is suitable for all types of mud purification system. It plays an important role on the stable performance of the drilling fluid viscosity, recovery of drilling fluid density and reducing the costs of drilling fluid. It can be used as high-powered agitator while without gas invading.
The degasser belongs to vacuum degasser. The negative pressure zone is created by the suction of vacuum pump. Under the influence of atmospheric pressure, the drilling fluid is drawn to the hollow shaft through suction tube, and then is sprayed to the tank wall through the window around hollow shaft. Under the effect of collision and bubble separator, the bubble immersed in the drilling fluid is crushed, and the gas is discharged by the vacuum pump, and then the drilling fluid is discharged out of the tank from discharge
