Vertical Emery Roller Rice Whiteners are the latest specially designed equipment for brown rice milling for the capacity of *0*-1*0/****0 tons rice per day rice plant. They are suitable for the milling of long grain, short grain and parboiled rice, etc; can meet customer’s needs of processing different grade of rice maximally.
As one of the most advanced rice milling equipment in China,
they can produce first grade whitenness standard rice adopting one set of machine or special grade whitenness rice with double sets
or multiple sets of machines combined.
The vertical emery roller whitener consists of whitening chamber,
feeding device, bran suction system, frame and transmission mechanism, etc. (As indicated by Figure 1)
Whitening chamber. The whitening chamber consists of Screw thruster, emery roller, sieve holder, Feed dial roller and a pressure gate.
The sieve holder is of the structure of two halves for easy cleaning, dismantling and replacement.
The interior pressure of the machine can be adjusted by adjusting the weighing block of pressure gate. (Its structure is indicated by Figure 2)
Feeding device. The feeding device consists of feeding hopper and feeding screw. (As indicated by Figure 3)
Bran suction system. The bran suction system is composed of bran suction chamber, bran dial roller, bran sucking devices, air jet blower,
aspiration pipes, separate bran suction blower and cyclones.
Note: Bran collectors should be cleaned regularly.
Machine Frame and Transmission Mechanism
The machine frame and motor supporter are integrated together, Firm and stable. The transmission system consists of motor pulley,
spindle pulley and main bearing blocks, etc.
Working principle
Rice flows from the feed hopper to the feeding screw, then transports to the whitening
chamber by Screw thruster. With the joint function of pushing force, air force, roller, sieves
and sieve blades and rotation, rice grains are ground and scraped with high efficiency
thus being well milled and whitened.
