Bag types:

Bottom: Sewn/ Pasted

Top: Open/ Sewn with valve/ Pasted with valve/ Easy-Open tape/ *-sided adhesive tape/ sewn straps.

 

Materials:

***0% Virgin Kraft paper. Origin: Japan. Color: Brown/White

-Liners: LDPE, HDPE, PET, PA, Poly-film. Origin: Vietnam.

-Specialized sewing materials.

-Printing: Flexo technology, upto *6 colors/bag.

 



Certification:

-ISO ***1:***8 (certified by Intertek).

-CO, COA for every Kraft paper lot imported from Japan.

-Conformity announcement from Vietnam's Administration for Food Safety and Hygiene Department.

-Periodic test reports for samples of Kraft bags and Kraft bags with PE liners (ROSH-Quatest 3).

 



Capacity: 4 million pcs/month.

Minimum order: LCL (*2 pallets) or FCL.

 

Packing styles:

1.With pallets: 1,****4,**0 pcs/pallet(depends on bag's size), each pallet is covered by a carton box and plastic films.

2. Without pallets: ******0 pcs/bunch, each bunch is covered by *2 layers of papers and loaded separately into a container.
