Operating principle of FGS flow switch:



The FGS heat guide flow switch is designed based on the principle of heat exchange.

The heating module and heating sensing module are built in the probe. The heat conduction of the flow switch is closely related to the flow speed of the medium,

When measuring, the heat module emits from the heat guide flow switch. If there is no medium flow in the pipeline, the heat received by the heat sensor module is a fixed value; when the medium flows, the heat received by the heat sensor module will change with the flow rate of the medium. The heat sensor module transforms the temperature difference signal into an electrical signal, and then converts it into the corresponding standard analog quantity signal or contact signal output through the processor, which displays and controls the flow rate of the medium through this signal.
