name is alkyl phenol disulfide,with brand name of VTB***0 or
V5(Vultac 5). The appearance of the product is brown resin-like
powder or solid,with combined sulur content of about *8%.The higher
the sulfur content,the resin softening point of the vulcanzing
agent is higher and its resin density is also higher,In general
case,its relative density of resin is 1.**1.4 and temperatureof
softening point is ****5

2.Application
Vulcanizing agent RPS***0 has specially functions when it used as
vucanizing agent for dienes rubber,especially for chlorinated butyl
rubber.since the product includes combined sulfur of *8%,in the

:
The product is a vulcanizing agent specially used for all-steel and
half-steel radial tire,and be cable to improve activity of
chlorinated butyl rubber and make it to be vulcanized
simultaneously and evently,increasing vulcanizing efficiency and
reducing defective rate of manufacture articles.In addition,the
produce can use as viscosity increaser for styrene-butadiene
rubber/acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber to increase operation
performance of styrene-butadiene rubber/acrylonitrile-butadiene
rubber and improve processing performance of mixed rubber.
The product mainly use for air-tight layer
rubber,tire(especiallyfor white tire side),tire surface
brbber,triangle rubber and buffer layer rubber for tire,secondly
also for conveyer belt,high pressure rubber pipe,high speed rubber
roller roller and seal gasket etc.

The product can be directly put into rubber material for use and
its additive amount is 0.**5.0 fraction.
