Traditional residential wall solutions comprise masonry, timber or steel framing walls with paint or plaster finishes. This involves multi trade construction methods, high labor force, long construction periods and limited construction in winter in some geographies.
Due to the above limitations of the traditional wall solutions, a lightweight wall system was developed to replace the outdated construction methods and can be used in external and internal applications. 
The lightweight wall system consists of an inner panel, external panel and core filling material. The core filling material binds the internal and external panels together to form a strong, homogenous wall system with exceptional thermal and acoustic properties. The wall system is connected to the building structure via brackets and hangers in all four corners. 
Because of its lightweight nature, it can be easily assembled on site, and significantly reduces the dead load on the structural members compared to conventional masonry construction while increasing thermal and acoustic performance and reducing construction time and site costs.
