1.   Working principles and basic components
1.1 Source of Cement Kiln Waste Heat)
   The heat source of pure low temperature waste heat power system comes from 2 parts:
   Waste gas produced by the preheater in kiln tail preheats raw meal;
   Hot air produced by cooling  machine in kiln head cools clinker.

2.3  Main characters of boiler
1   The smoke of kiln rear contains a lot of dusts; the amount of smoke is *0~**0g/Nm3.Small dusts may easily deposited on the heating surface of boiler, thus reduce the output of boiler and its generated energy. As a result, dusts deposition of the heating surface is a basic problem that needs to solve. Light tube is usually used, and mechanical vibration, Is used to remove ash.
2    Waste amount of kiln head<*0 g/Nm3,main dust is  clinker dust, which is hard and seriously tear the heating surface. Spiral finned tube and  low speed of smoke structure are usually used.
3    Air leakage will reduce the thermal efficiency of system  induced draft fan and boiler.so, to solve the air leakage problem is the key are to use waste heat. Boiler body usually use whole steel structure of guard plate.

1.1 The classification of Glass Smelting Furnace
According to heat source,kilns are divided into 3 class:
a   Flame kiln 。Use fuel combustion as heat source.
b   electric heating kiln。 Use electricity as heat source.
c   Flame - electric heating kiln.  Use fuel combustion as main heat source, and electricity as auxiliary heat source.
According to the scale,kilns are divided into 3 class:
a    Large kiln。Glass melt is produced **0t/day above.
b    Middle sized kiln 。 Glass melt is produced *0~**0t /day.
c    Small kiln 。 Glass melt is produced less than *0t/day.

Glass Smelting Furnace uses heat storage high temperature air combustion technology:
— The right and left side of every Glass Smelting Furnace sets one  regenerator;
—use commutation combustion mode, direction is changed every *0 minutes;
—Cooled or heated smoke and air alternatively passed through regenerator
—Heated air is sent to Glass Smelting Furnace ,and participated in combustion
—Cooled smoke leaves regenerator to general flue, then exhausted to chimney

2.3 Main characters of boiler
    To improve the performance of boilers, some efficient measures are used:
1   To reduce the  air leakage coefficient and to ensure the stability of glass production system, whole sealing is used; light metal guard plates are used in furnace; carefully deal with the sealed areas, such as manhole, wall pipes, joint of guard plate.
2   Use thermodynamic calculation and hydrodynamic calculation collaboratively optimize the heating surface of evaporator.
3     According to the features of smoke that is from the Glass Smelting Furnace Waste Heat Boiler,use a combination of steam + hot water spraying ensure the soot blowing effect
4   According to the features of Glass Smelting Furnace,proper ash pollution  coefficients are designed , and adequate heating areas are laid out to ensure the output of boiler.
5    Because sulfur is contented in the smoke, economizer is stagingly laid out. Low temperature section uses dewpoint corrosion proof material-ND steel,which is conducive to the future maintenance and replacement.
6       smooth tube or membrane type tube structure is used in heating surface
7       Modularization of heating surface shorten the assembly period at work sites


C,  Sintering Waste Heat Boiler
1.  Working principles and basic components
1.1   Waste heat produced in the process of Sintering
       Sintering is the preparatory process before putting blast furnace materials into the furnace. There are two process-  bulk Sintering and round Sintering, both Sintering require lots of energy. According to statistics,the energy consumption of Sintering accounted for *2% of the total consumption, and the waste heat accounted for *9% of the total heat consumption. It is extremely important to recycle and use these waste heat. Waste heat recycling mainly used in Sintering machine and belt cooler.

1.1  Source of Carbide waste heat
                Carbide is one of the basic raw materials in the organic synthesis chemical industry,and it is the main raw material in ethyne chemical industry.
        Producing Carbide usually use electrothermal method, which means quick lime and carbonaceous materials(coke,  anthracite or petroleum coke) are put in Carbide furnace, and produce Carbide under the arc high temperature melting reaction. CO(carbon monoxide) caused by the reaction is burned in Waste Heat Boiler.
