Three. Main components of waste tire rubber powder recycling line:

A).The whole tire Pre-shredder shreds the complete tires down to a size of around *0 mm.The complete tires are fed into the whole tire pre-shredder and reduced to a size of around *0mm. From here the shredded tire pieces will be transported by belt conveyor to the next step directly in the process. Comparing with others tire shredder, a big difference is that whole tire pre-shredder doesnt require the tires to be de-beaded.

B).In the second step the pre-shredded tire chips are cut down to size o **5mm by double-roll coarse rubber powder breaker cuts tire pieces down to a size of **5mm. in this process, this size helps to separate steel wire and fiber from coarse rubber powder.

C). in next three steps, a combination of belt type magnetic separator, cylinder type magnetic separator and fiber air separator remove fiber and steel wire from coarse rubber powder and clean the rubber powder.

D).in final step, fine rubber grinder mill coarse rubber powder into rubber powder of *****0mes .
