The Drying Unit is three different diameter cylinders setting together. There is a Rotary Harrow in the drying unit, which separate the sludge into small size and tossing. With the function of hot air, the surface will dry instantly. The guiding and lifting segments lined in W Type in general, make the wet sludge go slower, dry sludge goes faster. Combining with S type material transporting way, the material will be dried about 6 times than traditional dryer under same time.

There are many sludge left after waste waster disposal. The moisture content may be not high, but they are very pasty, very hard to dry. Our drying equipment use large volume low temperature technology to dry. Combining with rotary harrow and specially leading and raising boards, we can dry sewage sludge to below *0% moisture content.
