This device is for cleaning the river, lake, pond, reservoir, and sea. Just like a harvester,it can cut off and collect the aquatic plants, collect the floating trash, salvage goods. All the collecting, conveying, draining, stocking and transporting movement can be completed by one person via controlling the s and swifts on the control desk. The working system contains one set horizontal blade and two sets vertical blade.They can cut the plants and trash into small pieces. Then the forwarder chain will transport plants to rear bunker. The propelling system is paddle wheel which can make the machine turn around in very small place. Also, with paddle wheel instead of propeller, the machine can not be entangled by fishing net or other floating things.
