DESCRIPTION

Water based, long life, white colored liquid membrane water proofing material withplastifiant, styreneacrylic modified matt look, with much superior characteristics than the present materials used for water proofing that is easily applicable and solving the problems about water proofing.

APPLICATION

WATER BLOCK can be used in structures where water and humidity proofing is desired in concrete, plaster, brick, china, briquette, aerated concrete, grooved and non-grooved asbestos roof covering panels, wood and all vertical and horizontal surfaces in structures, window sills, dripstones, pools, cisterns, ducts etc.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Clean all dirt, oil, blistered paint and dust off the application surface; level the surface defects, if any.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Apply WATER BLOCK in three coats.

Apply the first undercoat to the surface by diluting with *0% water.

Apply the second coat by diluting with *5% water, and third coat by diluting with ****5% water.

Wait for at least 6 hours between coats.

The environment of application must be kept above *5 ˚ C within *4 hours during and after the application

DRYING TIME: The contact time is **6 hours, and thorough-dry time is *4 hours in environment of *3oC.

PACKING: 3 kg **0 kg

CONSUMPTION: Depending on surface smoothness and application methods, for single coat application:

Vertical Application: 0.**0 *1 kg/m²

Horizontal Application: 1 *1.5 kg/m²

FLASH POINT: Water-based, non-flammable

STORAGE: Store in enclosed packaging for 1 year between *5oC to **0oC

WARNINGS: Keep away from places where children can reach. Avoid eye and skin contact.
