~Grinding process of feed hammer mill consists of the following
four parts:
1. Feeding: it is controlled by impellor feeder, the aim is
to get uniform and clean material, to avoid damaging motor.
2. Grinding: Raw material gets into crushing chamber; it is
gradually crushed into small particles ,after being hit by
high-speed running hammer sheet.
3. Screening: it is achieved by screen mesh wrapping around inner
wall of crushing chamber; material which has proper particle size
can get trough the screen mesh.
4. Discharging: the smashed material falls into feed outlet to
discharge the material.

High output, low energy consumption:
1. The advanced droplet shaped crushing chamber is designed with a
reasonable two times crushing structure, and the output increased
by *0% compared with other models.
2.The wear-resistant gear is installed on both sides of the feed
port, which effectively destroys the material environment,
increases the impact, rubbing and shearing effect of the material,
and improves the crushing efficiency.
3.The screen hole adopts the "star triangle" arrangement to
increase the sifting area and improve the screening efficiency, so
as to effectively improve the crushing efficiency
4.Set up the shaft end air supply device to supplement the air
volume of the crushing chamber, destroy the crushing circulation
and reduce the temperature rise of the bearing
5.There are two kinds of hammer screen clearance, two different
rotor configurations, which are suitable for crushing raw materials
of aquatic feed and livestock feed, and improving their efficiency
respectively
