It adopts enhance special design steel frame with gantry stucture,it is designed to 8 groups of welding machine head as per sample requirement,equitable gravity force ensures enough stable frame strength during high speed welding production,also it provides gravity supporting point and work table for other actuating mechanism.

2 Welding power source

It adopts resistance welding special transformer as welding power,doing single-point welding to workpiece, magneticpermeability of forced temperature-control water-cooling silicon steel sheet is over ****0GS. Special water cooling with secondary loop ensures constant and powerful welding current,providing foundation for high quality,efficient and stable welding point.

3 Welding controlling system

It adopts advanced own-production microcomputer quick reaction touch type controller,full digital control,simple,clear and convinient operating interface.Its automatic detect and compensation performance with the features of refusing to work when it is not in setting current values,can effectively prevent loose welded and insufficient solder,high precision provides guarantee to obtain high quality welding point.

(1) Forcing institution It adopts two ply air cylinder as forcing source,controlled by high quality imported magnetic valve,coordinate with finishing linear guide to pressing to electrode tip,It can independently adjust each welding machine head force that guarantee welder force stable.Its bottom knockout working ensures subprime loop connected good and unblocked,resistance constant.It also guarantee output current of the welding transformer transmitted stably,which can be easy to obtain efficient and high quality welding point.

(2)Main machine controlling system It adopts imported touch screen as human-computer interface,full English is very intuitive and clearly understood. Imported PLC that is treated as whole machine control hub is in charging of reading and transmitting all kinds of signal processing,coordinating with external instruction to transmitt signal mechanism,which ensure action sequence in complete appliance effective.Self test in all kinds of automatic testing station effectively precludes malfunction and other unsafe accident.

(3)Welding structure 8 groups of welding machine head are installed in beam,copper mould is equipped with T-type groove,which can be slightly adjusted left right and is convenient to adjust gap between welding point,it is applied to workpiece welding with multiple gap. Flexible and changeable machine head welding programme can be choosen from middle to both sides or from both sides to middle,which can be optional.

(4)Automatic feeding mechanism It adopts encoding type servo motor,finishing high-quality slide and automatic detecting system.Adjustment is intuitive and clearly understood,quick reaction,high controlling precision and strong power.This feeding mechanism adopts automatic cycle back and forth working,the encoding sevro motor is belonged to Taiwan Dongyang product,whose advantage is exact locating,high precision and convenient to adjust gap distance,timing belt pulley transmitting

(5)Stripper mechanism It adopts cylinder vibration stripping system,when welded products enter into stripper area,the combination of welding workpiece and mould will be ejected loose because of cylinder ejecting up,which is convenient to take out by manual.Ejector mechanism adopts X and Y adjusting mode,which is convenient for product stripper.
