Product Description

SJ**1 is the sintered flux with fluorine alkali. The basicity is about 1.8 and shows gray round particles appearance. The granularity is ****0 mesh (about 2.**0.*8mm). It can be adapted both AC-DC. The welding wire is connected with the positive pole when adapt DC power supply. It has advantages of stable arc, beautiful welding shaping, easy slag removal and excellent mechanical properties in fused metallization.

Application:
 With the corresponding wire (such as H*8MnA, H*8MnMoA, H*8Mn2MoA and Hl0Mn2 etc.), It is mainly used for welding of low carbon steel and low-alloy steels (such as *6Mn, X*5, X*0, *4MnNiq and Q**5C etc), structure and boiler and pressure vessels, ships, bridges, pipelines and other submerged arc welding.
