2.1.            Financial instrument and payment conditions:

-          Payment of each delivery via SWIFT MT **3 after the full set of documents is presented;

-          Payment provision(guarantee) by issuance of a Standby Letter of Credit(SBLC) covering the amount of minimum of six months of deliveries;

-          Performance Bond issuedby Group Bulgaria Ltd. In favor of the Buyer;
