Payment at the conditions:

8. Seller will be paid **0% of the cost of a monthly consignment, against presentation of the Executing Bank, the following documents

- Signed commercial invoice (3 originals);

- Ocean Bill of Lading (1 original + 1 copy);

- Certificate of quantity issued by the surveyor and certified by the original seal surveyor at port of loading (1 original + 1 copy); - Certificate of quality issued by the surveyor and certified by the original seal surveyor at the loading port (1 original + 1 copy); - Phytosanitary certificate, containing a Latin name, certified by the original stamp of the authority issuing the certificate (1 original + 1 copy);

- Certificate of origin (1 original + 1 copy)
