Product Description

Flour of the first grade differs from the higher slightly larger size of grains. It contains a sufficiently large amount of gluten, due to which the dough from it is obtained by elastic in structure, and the finished products have a good shape, large volume, pleasant taste and aroma. Ideal for baking bread, biscuits. Approximately corresponds to European standards: Type **2 (Germany), Type **0 (Poland).
