NINTH Element Company Ltd. is the authorized representative of OJSC Halogen and KCKK Polymer Plant Ltd., incorporated into a holding company which is the biggest producer of PTFE resins, fluoroelastomers, melt-processible fluoropolymers, semi-finished and finished products of fluoropolymers, varnished cloths, foil-coated insulators and sealants. Our other business activity is production of articles lined by fluoroplast and grinding PTFE powder according to customs requirements.
