Description

Single component sealant without flux, takes butene rubber and poly isobutylene as its basic materials. It gives outstanding adhesion to aluminum, glass and stainless steel, good heat endurance and good resistance to water immersion, all of which makes it major choice for the first sealing of insulating glass.

Where to use

This product is applied in the first sealing of insulating glass, and can also be used together with Silicone sealant, polysulfide sealant , two component polyurethane sealant and single component hot melt.

Ideal extruding temperature is expected to be 130 cent degree, and ambient temperature no lower than 5 cent degree.

Contact surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Its concrete condition can be achieved by adjusting temperature and pressure. The operating environment temperature is recommended not lower than 5 cent degree.

Storage

With a shelf life of 12 months in a dry, ventilated and shady life places below 25 cent degree.

Limitation

Do not apply over damp or contaminated surfaces.
