Inline die cutting and creasing line device of window patcher
allows to cut film into suitble shape like creasing line and
notches, so to the film patch is easy to paste and fold in cross
two sides of paper box.
1. During running, machine carries out the patching regsiter in
both cross and longitudinal directions via adjusting handle wheels
of film patching unit, adhesive inking unit and delivery paper.
Quick register patching and fast job-change.
2. Capable for applying 2 pieces of film on one window or 2 windows
in one sie with same shape but with different position.
3. Fits to convert card board like tissue box with double sheets
film, express envelope and corrugated box like gift box, cosmetic
box, toy box, etc.
4. Suction air belt for paper delivery and sucking roller for film
sheet delivery.
5. Automatic PLC control for no-Glue supplying while no-sheet
feeding.
