Product Description

Features:

Motor drive directly,high drive efficiency,low vibration,low noise,working stable.

Adopting international advanced technique, crush room is designed as water drop, crush efficiency is greatly improved.

With adjust able hammer screen spaceand optimized arrangement of hammer pieces, it can fully to meet the coarse and fine crushing requirements

The shell is welded by steel plate, the site in the crush room which connects to the materials all use the wearable and commutative parts and double wear plate.

With full open operating door, screen is tensioned outside and can be maintained and replaced easily.

Safe and environmental: inset seal avoids the dust from overflow thoroughly and improve the work conditions.

Tested by the high-precision balancing machine, the hammer mill run more smoothly, which reduces noise and prolongs bearing’s life.

Imported "NSK" bearings to ensure life;Nylon direct drive coupling rod, a large compensation for displacement,effectively prevent the bearing heat phenomenon.
