PURCHASING PROCEDURES
1. Buyers issues Letter of invitation (Loi) addressed to the Seller Company.
2. Seller issues the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) and the Draft Sale Contract for all parties to review and endorsed.
3. Seller and Buyer both will sign the Sale Contract over Email Address and After signing the contracts both the Buyer and the Seller must make payments and document transactions based on Bank to Bank exchanges.
4. The buyer upon agreeing to all amendments of this contract will return the contract to the seller. After bank-to-bank negotiations the Buyer’s bank will issue an irrevocable, non-transferable Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) for total value of the contract.
5. The Seller’s bank will issue an irrevocable, auto-revolving 2% Performance Bond of the value of the wood pellets per month to the Buyer.
6. Seller sends to Buyer the Scanned copy of the Legalized and Notarized hard-copies Sale Contract alongside the Partial Proof of Product (POP) and Shipping documents as listed below via email
i). Statement of Product Availability.
ii). Company Commitment to Supply the product.
iii).Certificate of Origin of the product.
vi).Company Registration Certificate
vii). Bill Of Lading
vii) Company License to Export
7. Shipment will commence as mutual by the both parties to the buyer destination ports.
