Main Application
It is ideal palletizing equipment for pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industries and can be used for shaping and coating of pellets as well as manufacturing of membrane-control-type and skeletal type slow releasing pellets.
Working Method
It consists of an extrusion head and a palletizing mechanism which are arranged on the same plane so as provide more compact structure and easier operation,when palletizing,the mixture of medicine powder raw material and adjuvant such as avicael, wetting agent,etc.is put into the hopper of the extrusion head, the extruded strips are transferred into the palletizing process, then the pellets can be coated, By changing of net head, pellets of different diameter can be manufactured.
 

Pelleting is a process to press finely pulverized material into firm mass of a required
shape and size by extruding it through a metallic ring die.
The raw material is delivered into the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and then
conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder. Finely pulverized material will be
pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure
compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die.  

 

1. Adopt high-precision gear driven , advanced flexible coupling, for high productive efficiency .

2. Main driving adopt imported SKF ( NSK) bearing and NAK oil seal ,Siemens Motor.

3. Frequency converter control feeder flow, full stainless steel feeder, cover and chute.

4. Full stainless steel lengthened conditioner. Both paddle and shaft are made of stainless steel.
