II. this product is mainly applicable for difficult molding materials with low adhesion rate, for example rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and fruit shell; branch, stem, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks, rubber, cement, ash and other chemical materials. it can be used in feed mill, wood processing plants, fuel plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants etc. since it requires less investment and yield quicker result and that no risk. Main characteristics

1.      vertical feeding,directly in place.

2.      die is static and rollers are rotary; materials are evenly distributed around, because of centrifugal force.

3.      double- layer die .two layers both can be used independently so the machine reduces the cost;what is more,two layers of the die also can be used at the same time, in this way, the efficiency has been improved greatly, high capacity and save energy.

4.      ring die and vertical structure are good for cooling the pelletizing room.
