Size and specification:  Min. *0% 3/*6 (4.5mm) to *5/8 (*2mm) **- Maximum of 5% in excess of *5/8 (*2mm) **- Maximum of 5% less than 3/*6 (4.5mm)
Maximum of 1% bark or rot.  Thickness to be 5mm to 8mm.  Moisture Content of *2 to *7% depending on the dry or rainy season.
 
Price: $*3/MT or $**8.*0BDMT FOB loaded customer vessel at the port of Port Arthur, Texas.  Price fixed for the first *2 shipments.
Payment terms:
The payment for the Chips detailed hereinafter shall be secured and provided by Buyer through an Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving, Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit (ITRCDLC) issued in favor of Seller valid for 2 vessel quantity delivery of Chips for an amount in US dollars ($6,**0,**0) sufficient to cover **0% (one hundred percent) of quantity delivery.  Each delivery will be payable as follow.  **0% within three (3) days from the date of submission of final shipping documents from Seller to Buyer at sight.
 Documents to include:
 Copy of the purchase order
 Sellers commercial Invoice in three originals.
 Clean bill of lading made to shippers order
 Certificate of Origin (for all Chips delivered)
SGS to certify weights slips, quality of chips and draft survey.
Stow factor of approx. *0
Loading rate: *0,**0 MT per day
 
Price does include fumigation.  All port cost up to loading the vessel are at the expense of the seller.
