Product Description

XDJ series single screw extruder gearbox is a gearbox provided to match compound or single extruder. It is mainly adapted in rubber and plastic field, performing as energy transmission device of extruder for extruding material. It is a hard tooth surface gearbox with high precision and heavy loading.

XDJ series single screw extruder gearbox uses parallel cylinder gear reduction transmission type. Input shaft is connected with motor shaft through elastic coupling and driven by motor and slow down through parallel axial gear. Output shaft (hollow shaft) gets output rotating speed. Finish the whole feeding and extruding process through a gear transmission of a pair of ratio gear in spline connection with hollow shaft.

The gear of gearbox is cylindrical gear with involute helical tooth. All gear materials adopt high strength carbon penetrating alloy steel. After being penetrating , quenching and gear grinding, the gear has many characteristics such as high precision loading, low noise, high stability, high reliability and sealed by imported oil to ensure safety and reliability of sealing.

The lubrication system of gearbox includes external and internal lubricating oil channel to use. With internal cooler and self-protection system of oil temperature and oil pressure( or oil mass), the gearbox can work with safety and reliability.

l  The gearbox is under the statement of running permission after leaving the factory. The lubricating oil should be added before work.

l  The amount of lubricating oil marked in this sheet is just for reference. The viscosity of lubricating oil should be matched with data on the name plate of gearbox.

l  The direction of rotation should be stated in the order. The direction of rotation means that of output axial. The routine direction is clockwise.
