• XLPE insulated low voltage&medium voltage power cable
• The products are mainly complying with IEC ****2 standard, also can be produced according to OEM requirements and other standards, such as BS, DIN and ASTM standard
• Voltage grade:
  • Cable: low voltage (0.6/1kV) single core or multi-core/copper or aluminum conductor/PVC insulation/steel tape armored, galvanized steel wire armored or unarmored/PVC outer sheath power cable
• Medium voltage cable:
  • Voltage grade is up to *5kV, cross-section area can be up to 1,**0mm² (copper or aluminum conductor)
  • Conductor long-time operating temperature is *0 degree
  • In short circuit, conductor highest temperature should be not more than **0 degrees
  • 1 to *5kV multi-cores, copper, aluminum conductor, XLPE insulation, copper tape or copper wire screen, galvanized steel wire armored, PVC or PE sheath/power cable
• High voltage cable:
  • High voltage (*5 to **0kV) copper or aluminum conductor, XLPE insulation, metal sheath (lead or corrugated aluminum) and HDPE or PVC outer sheath power cable
  • Laying conditions: for laying under ground with large different altitude, be able to bear external mechanical force and moderate pulling force
• Characteristics:
  • Long lifespan operating temperature for cable conductor is *0°C
  • The highest temperature of the conductor in short circuit (no longer than 5 seconds) in not more than **0°C, if a joint is in the cable, the temperature of the tinning welding joint is not more than **0°C, compressing joint not more than **0°C and electro-welding joint not more than **0°C
  • No drop in limited provided there is full mechanical tension when cable is laid. It is forbidden to lay cable in iron-pipe or to fix cable by circling around the cable with iron
