1. We sign NCNDA with the Buyer  

2. Seller issues SCO

3. Buyer issues ICPO/LOI

4. Seller Issues Draft Contract Open for Amendments.

5. Buyer Counters Sign And Seals The Draft Contract And Sends via E-Mail to Seller duly signed and sealed, within *4 hours, the draft copy will be deemed the legal contract when returned by Seller signed and executed in PDF format.



POP will be issued after receiving financial instrument.
