                  YNZSY Series Engine Oil                                    Reclaiming Machine

       YNZSY series is designed with updated treatment technology not only to remove fine particles (such as carbon, mechanical debits) degas and dehydration;  also remove colloid and  asphalt, etc. To restore the used engine oil to the original performance. The system features high recovery rate, low energy consumption and cost effective. It's used to purifying or reclaiming engine oil for ships and vehicles, and also used for other lubricant oils.

   System features

1) Applies both physical and chemcal treatments to remove the electric charges  among polar particles in

     the used oil. (The flocculating process gathering contaminants  to larger particles.) 

2) Use compact plate filter box with good size filtering area, which is able to  separate all kinds

     of impurities, such as colloid, asphaltene, suspended materials, etc.

3) Use vacuum degassing and dehydration to ensure removing the water and unwanted gases;

4) The exaust gas treatment is used to avoid air pollution.

5) Visable treatment, compact module design with small footage, low operating cost.
