The machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PS, PVC, PE, optical materials, film roll, aluminum foil, laminated film, aluminum coated film, stamping foil, printing of various materials, from *0 ~ **0 Micron Thickness.
1)This machine is suitable for kinds of films and paper rolls industry. Its equipped with a high performance PLC micron-processor combined with movable colourful touch screen that operator is able to control the machine both in rewinder position and unwinder position.
2) High-end surface treatment roller gives no scratch during slitting and rewinding on the Optical or coated films.
3) Real time diameter checking technology attached on the rewinding unit. The Ultrasonic sensor checking the exact diameter every 0.*5seconds and it gives the PLC to calculating the most suitable tension while the rewind diameter is changing.
