PROCEDURES:
*- Buyer issues genuine ICPO along with company profile to Seller. The ICPO must be issued with buyer’s Company Letter-Head indicating his Legal address with contact and must bear current date.
*- Seller releases Draft Contract to Buyer. Buyer verifies and adds amendments if deem necessary and return to the Seller
*- Buyer’s Bank issues payment instrument covering one month value.
*- Shipment Commences as agreed in the Contract.
*- Payment will be released for each shipment against Shipping and Inspection documents
*- Point **5 will be repeated for a *2 month contract.
This SCO is an expression of Seller’s intent to supply the commodities on the terms described herein. There shall be no legally enforceable obligation of the BUYER to buy or the SELLER to sell the commodities described herein until and unless there is a Purchase & Sale Agreement duly executed at a later date by the SELLER and BUYER regarding the subject matter hereof.
