Aluminum composite panel peeling machine can be used for peelingAluminum plate/alu plastic panel sheet one time,our machine can fully strip the aluminium sheet and plastic sheet from one another one time, no need crushing,100% aluminum plastic separation rate.
Working process of 100% Peeling scrap Aluminium Komposit Panel Cladding stripping machine：
(1) Feeding the composite board along the feeding direction;
(2) Extruding the composite board through press rollers with protrusions on the surface, so that both sides of the composite board are formed with inward recesses;
(3) ) Synchronously spray and heat both sides of the extruded composite sheet, so that the metal plates on both sides are automatically separated from the middle core plate
This is automatic peeling method for composite plates.
The composite plates are squeezed by pressing rollers to form pits on both sides, which increases the surface area of the metal plate and the core plate and the contact area between the two;
