Usage:
Welding of LED illuminated billboard, exterior/interior signs, branding, door plate that made of aluminum, S/S, iron, galvanized sheet, titanium, brass, copper, and etc. Laser beam with high energy melts two metal sheets and combine them together without feeding any soldering materials.

Q: What's the consumables of this machine?Are they expensive?

A: Xenon lamp (**2 year life) ,  Protective Lens (**6 months life),  Locating Rod(**6 months life). Any one of them is no more than USD**0 per piece and very easy to replace.

Q: What's the warranty policy?
A: We offer 1 year free overall warranty and life-time technical support to our customers .Thorough check will be done with the help of customer when any problem comes out. After professional diagnosis, we will send you any necessary parts via DHL and guide you how to replace them by detail images or video. Of cause,well cover all the expenses relative.

Q: Is this machine stable to use and is it complicated to maintain?

A: YAG laser welder is already very mature and of cause stable to use after more than *0 years development. It is known for easy operation and easy maintenance. Based on the statistics figure of July ***3 to July ***4 ,our total rework rate is only 0.5% and failure rate only 3%. For daily maintenance, you just need to change the water in the chiller tank every two weeks and do some regular cleaning.
