The specie is also domesticated through authority from KWS.

United Aloe Holdings Limited, is registered with the Kenya Wildlife Service the custodians of the CITES convention treaty which placed Aloe as a protected specie.

In Kenya KWS is entitled to license Aloe propagation and harvesting.

They are also entitled to issue processing permits for Aloe Vera processors.

NCE has been in the frontline to operationalise their farms with CITES requirement which makes Aloe Vera currently growing in Kenya of a higher Standard than any other in the world.
