(1) Promote brain tissue and intellectual
development of infants and young children
Taurine is rich in content and widely distributed in the
brain, can obviously promote the growth and development
of the nervous system and cell proliferation and
differentiation, and is dose-dependent, and
plays an important role in the development of brain nerve
cells. Studies have shown that the content of taurine in
the brains of premature infants is significantly lower than that of
term infants. This is because the cysteine sulfinic acid
dehydrogenase (CSAD) in premature infants has not
matured enough to synthesize taurine. The needs of the
body must be supplemented by breast milk. The content of
taurine in breast milk is higher, especially in
colostrum. If the supplement is insufficient,
the growth and development of children will be slow, and
the mental development will be retarded. Taurine is
closely related to the development of the central nervous system
and retina of young children and fetuses. Long-term pure
milk feeding is likely to cause a lack of taurine.
[3]
(2) Improve nerve conduction and visual
function
The main reason why cats and nocturnal owls prey on mice is that
mice are rich in taurine, and eating more can maintain
their sharp vision. If infants and young children lack
taurine, retinal dysfunction will occur. For
patients with long-term intravenous nutritional infusion,
if there is no taurine in the infusion, the patient's
electroretinogram will change. Only by supplementing
with a large dose of taurine can this change be
corrected. [3]
(3) Prevent cardiovascular disease
Taurine can inhibit platelet aggregation in the circulatory
system, lower blood lipids, maintain normal
blood pressure and prevent arteriosclerosis; it has
a protective effect on myocardial cells and can resist
arrhythmia; it has a special effect on reducing blood
cholesterol content and can treat heart failure.
. [3]
(4) Affect the absorption of lipids
The role of taurine in the liver is to combine with bile acids to
form taurocholic acid, which is necessary for the
absorption of lipids in the digestive tract. Taurocholic
acid can increase the solubility of lipids and
cholesterol, relieve bile blockage, reduce the
cytotoxicity of some free bile acids, inhibit the
formation of cholesterol stones, and increase bile
flow. [3]
(5) Improve endocrine status and enhance human
immunity
Taurine can promote the secretion of pituitary hormones,
activate the function of the pancreas, thereby improving
the state of the body's endocrine system, and
beneficially regulate the body's metabolism; and has the
effect of promoting the enhancement of the body's immunity and
anti-fatigue. [3]
(6) Affect sugar metabolism
Taurine can bind to insuli n receptors, promote cell
uptake and utilization of glucose, accelerate
glycolysis, and reduce blood sugar
concentration. Studies have shown that taurine has
a certain effect on lowering blood sugar and does not depend
on increasing the release of insuli n. The regulation of
cellular glucose metabolism by taurine may be achieved through the
post-receptor mechanism, which mainly relies on the
interaction with insuli n receptor protein, rather
than directly binding to the islet receptor.
[3]
(7) Inhibit the occurrence and development of
cataracts
Taurine has important functions such as adjusting crystal osmotic
pressure and anti-oxidation. During the development of
cataracts, the content of sorbic acid in the lens
increases and the crystal osmotic pressure increases,
while the concentration of taurine, an important
substance that regulates osmotic pressure, decreases
significantly. The antioxidant effect is
weakened, and the protein in the crystal is
over-oxidized, which can cause or aggravate the
occurrence of cataracts. Supplementing taurine can
inhibit the occurrence and development of cataracts.

Q1: MAY I GET ONE SAMPLE BEFORE PLACING
ORDER?
Re: Yes, we'd like to provide sample for
you. For those normal products, you just need
to bear the freight; for those high value
products, you just need to freight and a ite product
cost. When we both cooperate for some times or when you
are our VIP customer, free sample will be offered when
you need.
