Our masterbatch factory specialized in producing high-class CaCO3 Compound ( Filler Masterbatch) with ultra-fine CaCO3 of ***0 Volumetric Mesh used for thin plastic film from 5micron and PP high-quality product like sleeping Mats and tissue.

The CaCO3 powder is taken from Yen Bai province, one of the best sources of CaCO3 in the world. The main characteristics of our product are as in the TDS file and have some characteristic as below:

Composition: *0%CaCO3 Powder + *0%LLDPE/PP Carrier
 

- Partical Size Distribution

 *0% particle size / Average particle size (D*0): 1.8 ± 0.3 micron

           +  *7% particle size / Top Cut (D*7): 8.0 ± 2.0 micron

+  Particle less than 2 microns: *5.0 ± 5.0%

+  Residue on **5 mesh (wet sieve): 0.*5% (max)
