Only you have got AQSIQ Licence, can you apply for Pre-Shipment inspection and get CCIC certificate which used for China customs clearance .
For Chinese buyers, If they want to pass through the China custom,they must have your AQSIQ Licence copy and CCIC's Certificate original.
