4. The planar graph of fixed office indicating the size , and if

   there is processing site , the planar graph should be provide

   as well . Video files or at least 3 photos of fixed office or

   processing site should be provide , which can unfold the

   overall scene of the site mentioned above ,

5. The color copy of Certificate of ISO***1 or ISRI ,

6. The guidance documents of the Quality Control System, 

   including :
