The *-metre long metal hose that comes with the Ash Cleaner picks up the cold ash. A non-woven cloth filter prevents coarse dirt entering the wet and dry vacuum, only fine dust reaches the paper filter, preventing the vacuum cleaner from clogging. Only cold ash may be picked up. After each use, the lid is opened and the Ash Cleaner is easily emptied and can be rinsed out with water.
