R TYPE FULL AUTOMATIC SUGAR CUBE MACHINES

These are the full automatic sugar cube moulding and packaging machines. The granulated sugar is mixed with a certain amount of water and then the wet sugar is sent to the mould. Here it is pressed in order to take the cubic form. Then the sugar cubes are transferred to the chrome band. The sugar cubes being carried on the chrome band, pass through the ovens and then the coolers consecutively. In the end the sugar cubes are packaged into boxes automatically.

C TYPE SEMI-AUTOMATIC SUGAR CUBE MACHINES

These machines have the disc type mould. The sugar cubes are transferred to the conveyor in a row as the disk turns. C type machines work with a fast rate and with lower production capacity.The packaging system is semi-automatic, since it is more profitable than automatic machines. Their requirement of less production space and electricity makes these machines very suitable for the newly starting or rather moderate manufacturers .
